To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Clear photos or videos showing the fault or damage may be required for verification.

4. Delivery Charges

Customers are responsible for all delivery or shipping fees related to the exchange process, including:

  • Returning the faulty item to us
  • Delivery charges for the replacement item

Delivery fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Approval

We reserve the right to inspect and verify the condition of the returned product before approving any exchange request.
